Just a little history: CANDLE boutique was previously located at Far East Level 4. (: It was relocated to Bali Lane for better retail space & comfort. (:
Why?
We believe that given this robust retail industry, where shoppers are not only tech-savvy, they also tend to shop physically at various retail outlets in town! The simple physical touch and feel of the apparels has already won an edge over the cyberspace. As such, it is crucial to diversify and venture one's online business out the cyberspace and over to reality.
WHERE?
We have a cozy boutique named CANDLE located at Bali Lane!
The boutique has a prime location with high human traffic which is well situated in Bugis and takes only 3-5 mins to reach our boutique!
In fact, our boutique is just situated opposite Golden Landmark and diagonally Raffles Hospital!
RENTAL RATES?
Depending on the location of the racks, the price range will most probably be well ranged between $250-$400.
This rate is a FIXED rate per month payable to the boutique.
The only VARIABLE rate will be a 10% of monthly calculated sales payable to the boutique.
WHAT WE OFFER?
- Sturdy & Metal Clothing Racks
- Hangers
- Display shelves/cabinets for accessories, handbags, shoes/heels
- Full-time Sales Assistant
- 20% off Studio Photoshoots (3rd Level)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Boutique fully equipped with air con
- Cozy ambiance with music
- Comfy Sofa for customers to rest / sit / try on footwear
- 2 fitting rooms
- Huge walkway and walking space (Able to accommodate up to 15 blog shops without feeling uneasy)
